I highly recommend against OMFS in South Loop. This office is extremely disorganized and does not respond to inquiries in a timely manner. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance and they called last minute to reschedule. I reached out the office 4 days prior to my appointments because no one followed up with me with information regarding my consultation and surgery. When I finally got an answer, they let me know they would call me back but never did. Finally, someone called me a day and a half before my operation to tell me the doctor was unavailable. This is very inconsiderate of peoples time and PTO.
