Everyone there is such a lovely person. The environment can seem a bit nerve-wracking at first, depending what reason you're simply there for, but there are so many people there that 100% know what they are doing and are willing to make it as much of a comfortable experience for all patients. I was there for two wisdom tooth extractions (#1 and #32). I had a horrible experience the first time around and was genuinely nervous to go through the process again. I also had received IV Sedation anesthesia and I've never experienced anything like that so far. When I stepped in the room I had a little panic attack but the ladies who helped me out were all so nice and kept talking to me to calm me down and get my mind away from any fear and anxiety I had that day. They are all (obviously including the doctor) are straight forward with how procedures go and when it comes to answering any questions, which I truly appreciate. Overall, I got my procedure done and just yesterday when back for my 1 week post-surgery follow-up. After a long week following the very clear post-op instructions for my recovery, I was feeling very well. When Dr.Jamie, I believe was his name, and another lovely lady (I'm so sorry, I'm bad at remembering names) checked me out and saw I was healing smoothly, they let me out and gave me the clear that I didn't need to come back. The hardest part really about any procedure that most people don't talk about is the face/body dysphoria that some people go through. I went through it myself; and although I at this rate am only very slightly swollen and have little bruising, it just still a little hard to feel good about my face. The people at the office however made me feel so good about it when talking about how well I seemed to have recovered in the past week and how everything basically seems back to my normal lovely self. Truly the staff are amazing and it's a warm environment that is 1000% excellent and proficient at what they all do best. 🙂
