The location wasn't easy to find. The direction app had me turning blocks away. Contacted the Orland Park office and was graciously walked to there location. That's Customer Service. Wasn't a long wait time throughout my visit. The staff was pleasant and each greeted me with a smile. Thank you Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Staff!!!

Dr. Ghadiali and his team did a wonderful job! I was told by surgeons in Arkansas that would be paralyzed for the rest of my life. I came to Chicago to visit him and I have all my feeling! Surgeon was great no pain and feeling great. I will travel his for all my needs. Awesome team!!!!

Overall a good experience. Only major issue was billing. Employee in charge of billing said prior to surgery, “I’ve dealt with your insurance before so you’ll have an out of pocket of about $2,700”. Shouldn’t she have actually contacted my insurance and got the actual out of pocket for my surgery? Then she asks would you like me to contact them prior to your surgery. I said yes. She response, “okay just so you know you’ll be waiting longer”. Comes back about 30 minutes and says my out of pocket is $1,700. She was only $1,000 off when she gave me her “estimate”. Other than this, Everyone was great. The techs were awesome and made me feel comfortable. The DR answered all my questions.

Dr. Malik is a spectacular doctor & incredible man! He greatly helped me during the toughest time of my life. His skill & gentle touch off the charts. Definitely someone who is fulfilling their calling in life. The entire staff is also wonderful. They explained everything along the way & seem to really like their jobs. I had an incredible experience being a patient. I am forever grateful!
