My father visited Dr S. Sinha DDS to have a consultation to extract a piece of his root, after his Dr was unable to complete the tooth extraction. He was treated with empathy and kindness by all the staff, which was very appreciated since he was very nervous about having to see another dentist for the same tooth. I was very impressed by how well the visit went and appreciative of the great care my Dad received. The location was easy to find right on 95th Street on the west side of Oak Lawn. This place is a complete clown show— they cannot solve their phone and email problems so forwarding dental records to even set up the surgery was a fiasco; day of they set us in their shoe box waiting room with 5 seats (45 minutes standing ) for 1.5 hours before even calling us back for patient prep. This was for surgery! I appreciate the perfunctory ‘so sorry’. A little competence to begin with would do the trick.

I had total top and bottom replacements done in 2023. Oral & Maxillofacial did an excellent job. I have not had any issues with my replacements since then. They have excellent doctors and staff members who actually care about you. I would highly recommend this company.

Said they took insurance but actually didn't ..sent me an outrageous bill!! Never ever again will go here! 0 stars
