I had a non urgent emergency tooth extraction and I was really nervous about what to do since I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time but I found this place through my insurance website. I had a toothache and I called this place and they were able to see me within 3 hours and i had my surgery the next day! They were really nice and helpful with setting up a payment plan, I’m just really impressed with how serious I was taken compared to other places and how quickly I got my issue resolved. I’ll come back here for my wisdom teeth and any other issues I run into!

The doctors were amazing, I had my surgery about 3 weeks ago and my healing is great, I had a root close to my nerve and had no issues whatsoever. However, I guess administratively they need work. Originally I was told that my surgery would be at the oak lawn appt and I had called inquiring about another miscommunication the day before my surgery when I found out my surgery was not in the oak lawn office but the orland park location, when I was given an appointment card saying my appt was at the oak lawn office: If I would not have called I would have showed up to the wrong location. I talked to the office manager who was understanding, and apologetic. THEN, after my surgery I had a follow up appointment set which was canceled only my text message and no attempt to call me until the morning of said appointment. This was unfortunate because my husband was on vacation and he would have been able to take care of our very small children. When trying to reschedule they only gave two times which were 2 and 4 pm. When I asked for an earlier time I was told that follow up appts are only in the afternoon. Also unfortunate because that doesn’t fit with my schedule. There was no option for an accommodation to be made and no warning that those were the only times available. I’m happy with my surgery results and the doctors but disappointed with basically everything else.

Highly recommend. The whole staff was very caring, nurturing and helpful. Just got 3 wisdom teeth out on Friday 12/16 and today 12/17 pain level maybe a 7. Thanks
