Was prescribed penicillin although allergic, was rescheduled for surgery at a different location further from home; there was a mixup on the day of surgery regarding what tooth number was being extracted (they had the wrong tooth number on my treatment plan). Lastly I was rushed out of surgery with recovery instructions provided to my daughter (my escort), instead of me. My recovery was good; however, with minimal swelling.
