Although I had only the consultation and follow up at the Oak Lawn location, they were friendly, professional. There was a wait past my scheduled appointment although I arrived before the first appointment for the follow up. My extraction was at the Chicago-Midway location, which went very smoothly and there wasn’t a very long wait! Thank you for making a dreaded event tolerable and easy.

They asked what kind of music I liked, and played a YouTube playlist of my favorite artist for me during the entire process.
