Payment Information
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We strive to provide high-quality care at a reasonable cost. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Patients are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of their insurance coverage.
We send monthly statements, and most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Please contact our office if your statement does not reflect insurance payments within that period. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt payment is appreciated.
